During my career, I have done several different kinds of real estate auctions and am well versed in all of them.  Going along with this, I have taught new auctioneers for their required license schooling as well as speaking to large groups of real estate investors.
 
My expertise includes the different auctions laws and procedures, conduct of the auction, proper procedure for changing an auction, and rules for handling any disputes.  Furthermore, I have testified before in court and feel that I can handle any situation that might arise because of my vast experience.  This includes a dispute about which item was being bided on and how much was paid.  I feel that auction law that I teach and practice is very clear and that I can handle any dispute.
